If you are willing to get into hotel management then you should be perfect with your hospitality skills. Hotel management is all about hospitality. In case you don’t have that attitude, it really doesn’t matter which hotel management institute you have passed out from, you would never have a stage job.
The reason why hospitality is indispensable in the hotel management business is because you are billing people for not only the food and accommodation that the hotel is providing. You are extending luxury experience to the guest. They should have a picture perfect stay in the hotel and that is what they are paying for. Any thing right or wrong which interferes with the perfect luxury experience of the customer – is defined as being anti hostility. Hone you customer service skills and learn to have a smile on your face with a cheerful attitude in case you want to survive the hotel management business.
